Formic acid is one of basic organic chemical raw materials, widely used in pesticide, leather, dye, medicine and rubber industries.Formic acid can be applied directly to the fabric processing, tanning, textile printing and dyeing and green fodder storage, also can be used for metal surface treatment agent, rubber fertilizer and industrial solvents.In organic synthesis is used for the synthesis of various formate, acridine dyes and formamide series of pharmaceutical intermediates.Specific classification is as follows:
1). Pharmaceutical industry: caffeine, analgin, amidopyrine, aminophylline, theobromine, borneol, vitamin B1, metronidazole, mebendazole.
2). Pesticide industry: powder rust ning, triadimefon, tricyclazole, three ammonia azole, triazophos, multi-effect azole, effect etc, insecticidal ether, dicofol, etc.
3). Chemical industry: calcium formate, sodium formate, formic acid ammonium, potassium formic acid, ethyl formate, formic acid barium, DMF, formamide, rubber stabilizer, pentaerythritol, neopentyl glycol, epoxidized soybean oil, soybean oil will epoxy ester, pivalic acid chloride, paint remover, phenolic resin, pickling plate, etc.
4). Leather industry: leather tanning agents, deliming agent and neutralizing agent.
5). Rubber industry: natural rubber flocculant.
6). Other: can also manufacture printing and dyeing mordant, fiber and paper dyeing agent, treatment agent, plasticizer, food preservation and animal feed additive, etc.
